Annelisa was born in 1980 in Santa Cruz, CA, to a family of artists. She was drawing as soon as she could hold a crayon. She drew on walls, napkins, and any blank space available. Art is Annelisa's tool to help her understand the world around her.

Comprehending nature’s balance has shaped her lifelong passion for painting.

In 1997, Annelisa's curiosity inspired her to leave California for Mexico, delving into art, architecture, and her ancestry. Since then, she has lived, worked, and studied in six different countries. Currently based in France, Annelisa's life reflects her exploration of art and nature.
