The name says it all. It's the Stinky Cheese Project.
I love cheese, there's so many good ones in the world. It can be challenging to remember all the names and the styles.
In 2023 I started a visual diary of cheeses to help me remember the ones I have tasted.
The Rules: No more than 45 min of watercolor sketching. Cheese and wine come to room temperature at this time. When the timer goes off, put the art supplies away . . . pour wine, slice bread, and taste the cheese !!!
I must confess that it's been a delicious project. I've been taking notes on the ones I like, dislike, and am still unsure of because they are weird. Usually the studio smell pretty strongly just before the timer goes off.
If you see a cheese you like enough that you want it have it on your kitchen wall, let me know. Their small size means they ship easily.

I enjoyed a decade of tattooing, lasting from rom 2010 to 2020.
Working with the many clients and bringing their ideas to life was a perpetual joy for me.
While I am only sharing 12 images of the thousands of pieces done, know that I enjoyed making everyone one of them.
I retired from tattooing due to medical reasons. I would have love another decade or two making art this way, it was magical.
Thank you, all of you who brought your visions to the drawings table. Thank you for the laughs, and the tears, the chai teas, the trust, and letting me be apart of your life.
It was a joy.
Black Capped Chickadees I Least Concern
For ages I had heard their call and not known it was them.
Then one afternoon in late spring I was relaxing in the grass near my cabin in the Wasatch and I head it, saw it…. my black capped chickadee.
